Open the menu Softphone -> Account Settings
Switch off the option IM / Presence and fill the form as shown in the picture
User ID - Your «BaGoo ID»
Domain - sip.bagoo.vg
Password - Your password
To configure the audio codecs open the menu Softphone -> Preferences
Select Audio Codecs and in the list "Enabled Codecs" specify only the codec GSM or G.729, as shown in Figure
